Laura's Morning 7:30-8:30am classes will be canceled until next Monday (7/29) due to 2 broken toes.
Justin's Tuesday classes, Barbell Body Blast 12:30-1:15pm and Intensity! 5:30-6:30pm are canceled until further notice.

June 1st is rolling around the corner very quickly and we have a new group ex schedule for the full summer (June 1st - Aug 17th). Also, the Aerobics Studio is undergoing ceiling renovations to match the Cycling Studio and the Cardio room; now you can do more explosive movements in your class without having to worry about touching the ceiling!

Good Afternoon Fitness Fans!
As a quick FYI: The Cycling Room's ceiling will undergo renovations beginning tomorrow (Wednesday, May 1st). Due to this, Cycling classes will be held in the Aerobic Studio and all Aerobic Studio classes will be held in the Plyometric Room on the 4th floor.

Hello Fitness Fanatics!
We have a few updates on our class schedule. Our current schedule will run until May 7th, and from May 8th - May 21st we will run a new Final's Week schedule (will be coming to you soon). Our new summer schedule will begin Wednesday May 22nd.
Our Thursday evening Treading & Cycling classes have concluded for the remainder of the semester (due to instructor's finals schedule) but will resume with our May/Finals Week schedule. Attached is our current list of classes, I look forward to seeing you all in the Recreation Center!
