This position is a new role at MDH, and one that I am trying to mold into a position focused on broader organizational design for MDH, though it will start as being focused on just the Office of Human Resources. I am hoping to find a qualified candidate with an I/O or similar background who is ready, willing, and able to come in and make the position their own.
