Good morning Drs. Mitchell and Glazer,

 I am reaching out to you in hopes that you can send a job announcement through your I/O alumni networks for the UB Program. This position is a new role at MDH, and one that I am trying to mold into a position focused on broader organizational design for MDH, though it will start as being focused on just the Office of Human Resources. I am hoping to find a qualified candidate with an I/O or similar background who is ready, willing, and able to come in and make the position their own. I expect that it will be a dynamic role that will grow over time, and will come to function somewhat as an internal consultant for the Department. It will be reporting directly to me as the Manager of Classification, Salary, and Organizational Design. If you wouldn't mind blasting this out and/or providing it to folks you believe would be interested in such a role, I would very much appreciate it.
