Good afternoon - I wanted to ask if UB was sending any top-flight
graduating I/O folks to SIOP?  We are looking to hire a junior level
(graduate)  and perhaps an upper-level person with comp modeling
experience. I wanted to send some info your way early to identify some
good candidates from UB - We all know what great students come out of
UB!

This is a great opportunity at CNA - involved in, among other projects,
a large-scale competency modeling effort - to be followed very soon by a
large scale workforce assessment of the DoD Acquisition Technology &
Logistics workforce.  I have learned a lot and done a lot - since I came
here a little over a year ago running the gambit of SPSS analysis,
presenting to senior DoD folks, collecting data, facilitating online and
in-person data collection, working with IT pros to develop surveys and
data collection websites, as well as large-scale project management. 
Pay is very competitive in the area for this type of work.
