Hi -

I'm sending this email on behalf of a friend, Katie Baughman, who is
collecting data for her dissertation. She needs people (who have started a
new job in the last year) to complete a short 20 minute on-line survey.
Katie is investigating the social networks that new employees form at work.
Specifically, she is interested in understanding how the nature of an
employee's social network influences the accuracy of his/her expectations
about his/her new organization.

Any full-time employee (who has worked for their current organization for at
least 3 months and no more than 12 months) is eligible to participate in
Katie's survey.

You may click on this link to access the survey:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=263023601181

--The survey only takes 20 minutes.
--All measures and procedures have been approved by the George Mason
University Human Subjects Review Board.
--All information is confidential. Organizations and/or supervisors will
not be provided any information associated with their employees' responses.

Thank you!
