Just as the work force changes, plans on the practicum change.

Because of the need for scheduling interviews for nurses, we have abandoned the use of the Pegged Assessment test. Now our focus is on the need for effective behavioral interview questions/training. Using resources on behavioral descriptive interviewing, Myself and the HR department at the multi-care center will develop a training program for hiring managers when it comes to selecting nurses and GNAs (Geriatric Nursing Assistants).

I will continue to work on this aspect of the practicum as it seems to be the most important to the success of Keswick Multi-care at the moment.
