Hello,

I have just become a Sr. HR Generalist at IKEA Direct (call center)
located in White Marsh, MD.

We are currently looking for a PT HR Assistant to work in our HR office
approximately 20 hours a week.  The candidate would need to be flexible
with schedule as this would require the occasional evening and/or
weekend.

The ideal candidate will have administrative and/or clerical experience,
the ability to handle confidential information, be a quick learner,
computer software literate (Microsoft Office, etc.) the ability to
interact effectively with all levels of employees, and has a sincere
desire to learn the HR profession with the ability to grow with the
organization.  I believe someone actively pursuing a college degree in
the HR and/or Business fields would be a good fit.
