Hello everyone. My name is Lauren Nguyen and I am currently interning at Constellation Energy in the Training & OD department. I am specifically taking part in the STAR leadership training program. 
 
My project is to analysis the effectiveness of the training program. How/Does the training transfer to performance? Evaluations will be given to participants right after completing the program and another evaluation will given about a month after completing the program. Analysis correlating and comparing the evaluations will give insight to the effectiveness of the training program.
