Hello Everyone,
 
As you may remember I am working on Job Analysis for the Maryland State Highway Administration for course credit at the University of Baltimore. Since my last post I have created a task list that is going through its final revision process. As soon as it is complete, I will be sending it to the SME that I have been working with on this project to review in order to begin to develop a KSA list. In the next two weeks I plan to meet with him to develop that list. I will then develop a survey to rate the tasks on importance and the KSAs on "trouble likely" and "expected upon entry." I will update on the progress of this project in another two weeks.
