My name Is Ben Crenca and I am a first year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Program. Currently, I have received a position as a Human Resources Intern at Keswick Multicare Center in Baltimore. Part of my internship will include improving selection, training development, and performance appraisals at Keswick. 

This will be done by analyzing current hiring processes and developing/implementing an interviewing process based on behavioral specific interviewing for Nursing positions (nursing assistants to be exact). After that, the implemented training/interviewing processes will be presented to the managers so that we at Keswick can put the new hiring practices to work. 

It will be a big project but I am excited to begin.
