Hello Everyone,

As an update, I am working with JK Consulting on various projects for L2M, a 
Baltimore based architectural firm. To date, I have assisted with writing 
both technical and administrative job descriptions for about 7 positions in 
their company. My new project is to begin developing an appraisal system for 
the company before the end of the year. I am currently working on 
establishing relevant dimensions along with opertional defintions for the 
company to review. Once the dimensions have been reviewed, I will begin 
working on creating a template for the actual form.

On more of a HR note, I am also assisting with determining all required 
pre-hire forms for the company to have in place upon hiring individuals. I 
will alslo create a spreadsheet with all employee names and these required 
forms so that it can be used as a checklist to keep record of all forms they 
have received and what forms are still pending.


I will keep you posted on any further projects or developments.
