Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and minimum of 2 years experience (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered). Previous experience with high volume recruitment is also required. People Soft is a definite plus. The selected candidate will have the ability to contribute positively to our cohesive team and experience working with a Web-based automated recruitment system in a Windows environment is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency are required.
