LLC is looking of an Instructional Design consultant to conduct ISD and training
work to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) computer system,
specifically budgeting and forecasting processes.
Duties:
The consultant will work with a
Training Project Leader and subject matter experts to analyze, design,
development, deliver and evaluate blended learning solutions. Additional duties may involve documenting
processes and assisting with communication efforts. Estimated commitment of 40
hours/week for 6-7 months. Most of the work will be performed at the client
site.
Requirements:

End Date: June, 2006
Location:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in instructional design, HRD or related field with relevant work experience. Master’s degree a plus.

Strategic Development Associates, LLC is looking of a full-time/permanent Instructional Designer to work within a fast-paced and growing sales organization that sells Information Technology staffing company in Hanover, Maryland.
Duties:
Supports Professional Development
initiatives through the design and development of blended and sales/account
management learning programs that have impact on the business through individual
performance. Work in collaboration with the learning manager, SMEs and executive
sponsors to analyze the learning and performance need, create a high-level
program design and develop the program.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Learning Program
Manager to insure programs support business objectives and the goals
Professional Development. Design,
develop and implement courseware that supports large scope blended solutions as
well as single course events. Continuously update and enhance existing programs
taking into account new delivery methods and solutions. Create sound learning plans to keep
programs current with changing business needs, e-learning technology and firm’s
strategy. Continually improve a
systematic instructional design model to optimize capability to develop courses
that may include a wide variety of media.
Leverage learning standards in your program design and development
(SCORM/AICC).
Qualifications:
Education:
BA Degree in Instructional Design,
Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, Adult Education or related
discipline.
