Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is expanding its Training Department
and is recruiting for a Training Specialist.
The Training Specialist will coordinate new employee orientation, identify
organization-wide and department specific training needs, develop training
materials and programs, facilitate management and professional development
workshops and provide coaching and consultation to managers.
Bachelor's degree in training, education, hr or a closely related field and
three years of previous experience is required. Must have excellent
computer skills. Must be flexible with schedule to provide training
sessions on off-shifts and weekends as needed.
