HRIS Specialist - Full-time Coordinates data retrieval and analysis for the department of HR including all HR reporting. Acts as interface between HR and IT. Designs and updates databases. Produces reports and information request from Position Manager and HRMS. Update Web Page, forecasting workforce needs and demogrphics. Requires relatively high level of analytical ability to sort, compile and report data in a meaningful way. Requires excellent access and excel software skills.=20 Bachelor's Degree preferably in HR or Information Systems Management, or equivalent.
