(2) Career Specialists - Full-time and Temporary-Full-time

AA degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Requires  demonstrated
healthcare recruitment experience. Develops recruitment strategies and
sources to meet the organization current and future manpower needs.
Oversees and administers programs and special projects and monitor cost
and budgets. Screens and interviews internal and external candidates
concerning qualifications and careers. Serves as a representative at
agencies, universities and other functions. Supports the organization's
goals and objectives.

Career Services Associate - Full-time

Provides various office administration and human resource duties to
maximize the recruitment and hiring of the best qualified candidates.
Requires a positive and professional demeanor and ability to schedule
appointments, meet and greet candidates, perform assessments, complete
reference and criminal background checks, updates applicant tracking
data base,and generate correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.


HRIS Specialist - Full-time

Coordinates data retrieval and analysis for the department of HR
including all HR reporting. Acts as interface between HR and IT. Designs
and updates databases. Produces reports and information request from
Position Manager and HRMS. Update Web Page, forecasting workforce needs
and demogrphics. Requires relatively high level of analytical ability to
sort, compile and report data in a meaningful way. Requires excellent
access and excel software skills.=20
Bachelor's Degree preferably in HR or Information Systems Management,
or equivalent. Two-Three years experience in HR reporting is required.=20
