Hi, Dr. Mitchell, I registered for the PHR class, but the class may get cancel since there are only 3 students signed up. May you help me to foward the following information, so that more people will sign up?

For student who is interested in PHR, there is an 8-week long PHR class offering at UB on March 11. This class will focus on strengthening the knowledge base by participating in a comprehensive review of the HR technical body of knowledge, while preparing for the HRCI professional in Human Resources ( PHR) exam. There are 5 major reasons you should take exam before you graduate:

1. Cheaper examination and class fee for students (about $200 less)

2. You still remember what you learned in school for the test

3. You can benefit more from the PHR as a student (esp. for those who do not have any experience in HR)

4. Your study skill is better since you are an active learner

5. After a year you graduated, you'll need to have two-year exempt-level professional HR-work experience to be eligible to register the test again.

The registration forms are attached. You can call our headquarters staff at (410) 752-3318 for help.  They are who you turn in the forms to.

Thank you very much!
