Overview:

The Training Specialist, Instructional Technology has major oversight of the SJMC Learning Management System. This includes data maintenance, data entry, report generation, and troubleshooting user issues. Experience with E-Learning and web-based training preferred but not essential.

Skills:

This position requires great attention to detail, proficiency with computer and keyboard operations, excellent customer service, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Experience using an on-line learning management system preferred but not essential. Experience with SABA LMS a plus.

Reporting Structure:

The position reports to the Manager, Organizational Development and Training. There are no direct reports.
