I have a
client in the Baltimore area that is looking to hire a Human Resource
Director. This is a newly created position for the company and will
inherit a staff of three and will need to make a few additional hires. The
position reports to the President of the company. The company is
experiencing tremendous growth through increased sales and acquisitions.
This position will develop and administer all Human Resources programs involving
multiple sites ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the
