This position is the perfect opportunity for the inexperienced HR professional or career-changer with motivation and potential for growth.  The HR Analyst will work as part of the Corporate HR department in support of field HR operations and initiatives.  This position will be responsible for HR metrics, reporting and audits, managing 401(k) plan administration, organizing and managing our annual Open Enrollment for over 3,500 employees, developing written HR communications, mentoring and training field HR support staff, supporting the Corporate team in FMLA, ADA and Benefits management, vendor relationship management and acting in a Generalist capacity to provide HR support to Nexion’s Corporate Staff.  This position will provide an excellent opportunity to hone leadership, training, negotiation and compliance skills.  In addition, the incumbent will have the opportunity to assist in setting department strategy, designing our self-funded medical plans, and other high-level HR initiatives.  The successful incumbent will be well prepared for growth within the department.
