CLASSIFICATION ANALYST
Conducts job evaluation studies and analyses,
writes/revises job
descriptions, prepares recommendations and projections,
and reports
data. Ensures internal equity and external competitiveness.
Conducts
research and analysis regarding employee
compensation.
Requires:
• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's
degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or closely related
field.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of compensation
and
job classification.
• Three years of experience in
compensation/
with applied experience in job analysis,
and the preparation of job
descriptions.
• Effective verbal, written,
and presentation skills.
• Excellent consultative and problem-solving
skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills and
excellent follow through.
• Proficient in the use of technical computer
applications,
including MS Office.
• Certification as a Certified
Compensation Professional (CCP)
or Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
desirable.

Pay:
$20-$25/hour, 40 hours per week. Some flexibility in work
schedule
available.
