The MD Dept. of Budget
and Management is seeking applications for HR Manager (listed as “Personnel
Analyst Supervisor”). Based in Downtown Baltimore, this position will
serve as Team Supervisor in the Recruitment and Examination Division. This
position reports to the RED director and is responsible for managing the
recruitment and examination function for assigned agencies and job
classifications. This position will assist the Director in other areas such
as: recruitment, developing innovative assessment procedures, customer
service, staff development, agency training and audits, problem solving, policy
development and interpretation, and strategic workforce planning.
Applicants must have a
bachelor’s degree and five years of professional personnel work in either job
analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, employee recruitment and
selection, employer employee relations, personnel program evaluation, or
personnel policy formulation. In addition, five years of work experience will
have been performing formal applicant recruitment and
assessment.
