The Personnel Board of Jefferson County has another assessment opportunity scheduled for late March. I am emailing to recruit current Masters and Ph.D. level students to assist us with the assessment center.
The assessment center will evaluate candidates’ performances on structured interviews and work samples from Thursday, March 29th to Sunday, April 1st for the Maintenance Repair Worker and Public Works Supervisor classifications. Accepted individuals would be required to travel to Birmingham on Wednesday, March 28th.
