We are seeking candidates for an Entry Level Human Resources Assistant / Recruiter. Position is full-time. Duties include sourcing candidates, attending job fairs, phone screen candidates, administering tests, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Other tasks may include assisting the HR Director in orientation, benefits, unemployment, and retention.  Candidate must posses a Bachelor's degree, have great communication skills, be independent, self-motivated, and creative.
