This position will initiate and coordinate the recruitment and selection efforts for assigned job classifications of various State agencies in accordance with applicable legal and technical guidelines, personnel laws, regulations and standards. The HR Analyst will function within the Office of Personnel Services and Benefits as a technical expert in recruitment and examination performing exam development and revision functions. In this role, the incumbent will provide technical assistance to agency personnel officers in recruitment and test development in addition to performing college and other niche outreach.
