Thank you so much for your assistance in providing SHA with interns in the area of Industrial Psychology.  Currently we are seeking an undergraduate or graduate student to participate in an internship that will begin on June 18 and will continue for up to one year.  Students will be paid $12.62 per hour and may work up to 40 hours per week.  This is ideal for an undergraduate student beginning in the field.   Below is a job description and if you would pass this to students I would certainly appreciate it.

Recruitment & Examination Division

Testing Analyst

 

  

        This individual will provide assistant to the analyst for the development of recruitment, selection and promotion procedures and instruments that adhere to legal, ethical and psychometric standards; and the production, using these selection and promotion procedures and instruments, of ranked lists of eligible candidates that satisfy the users (i.e. hiring managers) of these eligible lists.
