Subject: UB night at SIOP
Hi Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Yun,
I
am trying to coordinate a UB night at SIOP like we did last year where we got
all of the first year, second year, and some graduates to come together. I am
thinking that Thursday night would be a great way to bring everybody together
and build contacts for the rest of the conference. I have already spread the
work about this a little bit but request your help in forwarding this e-mail to
your classes, as I do not know all of the students.
It
would be nice if someone who is staying at the conference hotel would allow
their room to be the meeting point Thursday night. I'm staying in the Best
Western around the corner, otherwise I'd offer. I'm hoping one of the students
who reads this will offer their room. But I was thinking we'd shoot for 9pm.
