looks like they ARE open to Graduate students! I have attached the job
announcement. Again it is unpaid but a scholarship is available.
They just have to go to www.sandyspringbank.com; find the
career at the top of the page, and then chose Columbia at the location.

Often, however, I have been able to bump up the job to require
grad level activities that warrant a practicum. Depends upon how open the
supervisor is.
