The Human Resources Generalist guides and manages
the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
Performs a variety of administration/professional
human resource functions in the following areas
* recruiting and staffing;
* performance management and improvement
systems;
* employment and compliance to regulatory
concerns;
* employee orientation, development, and
training;
* policy development and documentation;
* employee relations;
* benefits administration;
* employee services and counseling;
* completion of human resources related
projects.
5+ years of Generalist experience, strong employee
relations, good written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask and
work with various groups.
