SkillSurvey is the

complement our team. The successful candidate will engage in end-to-end project
management of high-quality research programs. These programs include external
collaborative studies with clients (e.g., competency modeling and validity
studies) as well as those devoted to product development. Requirements: A
graduate degree in I/O Psychology or a related field. The ideal candidate must
have a strong background in research methodology and statistics. Proficiency
is expected in SPSS and Excel. In addition, the candidate should possess
excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, the
flexibility to efficiently manage multiple projects or studies simultaneously,
and the capacity to work both independently and within a team environment.
