The Office of Personnel Management is looking for two
interns to assist the Strategic Human Resources Policy Division by providing
analyses of the validity of tests and other scored selection methods used in
federal employment processes. You’ve taken the classes! The OPM wants you to
apply your knowledge in the principles of research in psychometrics, job
analysis, criterion development, test construction, and test validation.
Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizenship
• Enrollment at least
half-time in an accredited institution of higher education pursuing a master’s
degree or a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
• Excellent oral and written English communication
skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
