Below please find an explanation of the 2010 Annual Meeting program fees. Annual Meeting General Registration Fee - $85 (includes 1/27/10 Presidential Summit 3.0 MCLE credit program and reception) Half-day program/meeting fee - $75 Non-member Annual Meeting Registration Surcharge - $200 Late Registration Fee (after January 22, 2010) - add $50 If you are a member of the New York State Bar Association and you are an Attorney for the Child or member of the assigned counsel panel and you are only attending the Children and the Law program (no other annual meeting programs), you do not have to pay anything if you complete the waiver form. Both the general annual meeting registration fee and the program/meeting fee are waived. Please note though that all waivers must be received by Monday, January 11, 2010. Remember - you must pre-register - no waivers will be accepted the day of the program. Your total cost to attend the program if you meet the requirements above is $0.00. (For your colleagues - if they are Attorneys for children or members of the assigned counsel panel, but they are NOT members of the New York State Bar Association and complete the waiver form - they must include $200 for the non-member registration surcharge - their total cost would be $200 if they complete the waiver form in time.) If you are a member of the New York State Bar Association, but you are not an Attorney for the Child or a member of the assigned counsel panel, and you are attending the Children and the Law annual meeting program, you will have to pay the annual meeting registration fee ($85) and the half day program fee ($75). Total cost for regular NYSBA member attendees - $160. (Total cost for non-members - $360. (Non-members are encouraged to join the association). If you register late (after January 22, 2010) or register on-site - you will be charged an additional late fee of $50.00. (Note: If you are using a waiver it has to be received by January 11, 2010.)
