Flyer.

Below please find an explanation of the 2010 Annual Meeting program
fees.

Annual Meeting General Registration Fee - $85 (includes 1/27/10
Presidential Summit 3.0 MCLE credit program and reception)

Half-day program/meeting fee - $75

Non-member Annual Meeting Registration Surcharge - $200

If you are a member of the New York State Bar Association and you are an
Attorney for the Child or member of the assigned counsel panel and you
are only attending the Children and the Law program (no other annual
meeting programs), you do not have to pay anything if you complete the
waiver form. Both the general annual meeting registration fee and the
program/meeting fee are waived. Please note though that all waivers
must be received by Monday, January 11, 2010. Remember - you must
pre-register - no waivers will be accepted the day of the program. Your
total cost to attend the program if you meet the requirements above is
$0.00. (For your colleagues - if they are Attorneys for children or
members of the assigned counsel panel, but they are NOT members of the
New York State Bar Association and complete the waiver form - they must
include $200 for the non-member registration surcharge - their total
cost would be $200 if they complete the waiver form in time.)

If you are a member of the New York State Bar Association, but you are
not an Attorney for the Child or a member of the assigned counsel panel,
and you are attending the Children and the Law annual meeting program,
you will have to pay the annual meeting registration fee ($85) and the
half day program fee ($75). Total cost for regular NYSBA member
attendees - $160. (Total cost for non-members - $360. (Non-members are
encouraged to join the association).

If you register late (after January 22, 2010) or register on-site - you
will be charged an additional late fee of $50.00. (Note: If you are
using a waiver it has to be received by January 11, 2010.)

You can register online at www.nysba.org/ChildrenandtheLaw. (Note: if
you are using a waiver you have to mail or fax your form).
