Responsibilities: Utilize People Soft and other software programs to process personnel actions for faculty and staff; maintain and update records, files and databases; respond to internal and external customer inquires; assist with I-9 administration, new hire sessions, front desk coverage, and report reconciliation and database maintenance; and participate as a team member of Operations Unit performing other duties as may be assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 4 years of clerical experience, 3 years of which must have been in the application of human resource policies and procedures; and demonstrated attention to detail, ability to record and disseminate information, and to work in a time-sensitive environment. A Criminal Background Investigation is required for the hired candidate and the results may impact employment. Salary: $32,271 annually. Applicants with TU or USM service may receive salary credit.
