Our Ph.D.-level I/O psychologists are involved in many areas of our field, including job analysis, selection, performance management, succession planning, training, and employee engagement.  Our graduate student interns have the ability to work independently, to interact with employees at all levels of the company, and to gain experience that complements what they learn in graduate school, such as working to a budget and explaining technical information to a nontechnical audience.
