The Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention has published a Request for Public Comments in the July 8, 2010, Federal Register.

The request was issued in connection with the Coordinating Council's examination of federal policies and practices that affect children, youth, and families in four priority areas:

  1. education and at-risk youth
  2. juvenile reentry and transitions into adulthood
  3. racial/ethnic disparities in juvenile justice and related systems
  4. tribal youth and juvenile justice.

Interested individuals and organizations are invited to submit ideas, insights, reflections, and suggestions related to juvenile justice and related sectors.
