Position: Student Career Experience Program (SCEP)
Are you currently pursuing a bachelors or master’s degree in
Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Education,
or Human Resources? If so, the United States Office of Personnel Management
(OPM) may be the place for you.
OPM currently has one SCEP position available with the
Training and Executive Development (TED) group. TED
provides support and leadership in the training and development area across the
Federal government. The group develops and implements policies, regulations,
and related guidance on training and executive development. TED also
develops tools, policy frameworks and flexibilities to establish
Government-wide systems to support effective leadership development programs
for managers and executives.
Assignment Description
Participants will participate in a wide-range of work
experiences that will expose them to different opportunities in the learning
and development profession. Assignments may include:
