Job Description:
ICF seeks Analysts to work within the Applied Organizational Research (AOR) business unit. The AOR team assists Federal and commercial clients with research and consulting projects in the Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology arena such as selection, job analysis, career development, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and competency modeling with an orientation towards quantitative research. We work in partnership with public, private and nonprofit clients to increase their knowledge base, support program development, enhance program operations, evaluate results and create sustainable systems.
The Analysts will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high quality solutions and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. Research Assistants at ICF have an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, interact with experts in the field, whilst building content knowledge and consulting skills. These positions are based at the client site in the vicinity of BWI Airport.
