Required Qualifications: 
• 5+ years of well rounded experience in business process redesign/improvement. 
• Experience with Lean & Six Sigma methodologies 
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt required (Very strong equivalent experience may be considered) 
• 3+ years of process redesign/improvement experience in Banking and/or Financial Services working on cross functional projects Preferred. But will consider other industries. 
• Prior success in leading process redesign efforts on large programs 
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
