Elliot ____________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________ POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Manager is a member of the "Shared Services" team, and is responsible for organizational development, for three component companies. The HR Manager is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day human resources services to managers and employees primarily in the area of training, performance management, and employee motivation and morale. As a successful HR Manager you will: * Partner with the VP of HR to define the human resources goals and objectives * Partner with recruiting staff to develop and refine strategy for recruiting top caliber talent * Provide leadership and support to a team consisting of two HR Generalist, one Associate Recruiter, and one Remote Recruiter * Assist with recruiting at all levels to ensure the best match of skills and abilities to the needs of the position. * Develop, benchmark and implement compensation and incentive/bonus programs, as well as administer long-term incentive programs. Partner with the management to shape behavior and business results through appropriate incentive and compensation programs. * Assist with identifying resolutions for Managers in the areas of training, employee surveys, focus groups, employee events and activities, and provide guidance to managers on performance related issues. * Develop, implement, and interpret policies. * Lead and manage projects that will have a direct impact on our business and culture in the future PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree from an accredited university * Minimum of 5 years human resources management experience; with emphasis in performance management, organizational development, training, and recruiting * Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. * Superior leadership, project management, judgment, analytical, problem-solving, and coaching skills * Enjoys a challenge and committed to building a high-performance organization * High degree of professionalism, flexibility, and clear communication and interpersonal skills. * Success in working in multi-stakeholder business networks to establish and meet organizational and/or community goals.
