Job Description Job Title: Competency Navigator Intern Job Purpose: Assist with implementing the Competency Navigator, a tool that helps employees with career progression, online. The intern would work onsite at the SHA. Key Responsibilities: . Enter data into existing databases to ensure complete data . Modify and update existing databases . Design, build, and maintain a web page that will display the Competency Navigator, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media. . Evaluate final web page to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets SHA needs and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. Job Requirements: Skilled in Access, Excel, and Web Page Construction (Adobe Creative Suite Software). An interest and familiarity in workforce development is a plus.
