Minimum Requirements

Human Resource Analyst II-Requires any combination of education (above the high school level) and/or experience equivalent to eight (8) years in fields utilizing
the knowledge, skills and abilities and associated with such positions as Human Resources Specialist or Analyst.

Duties
|
Facilitate and conduct job analysis in association with the development and administration of job related assessments; coordinate and oversee the procurement of
testing/assessment related services; advise and oversee consultants during the exam and assessment development process; facilitate meetings with subject matter experts (SME's) in order to develop comprehensive job analysis and linkage reports; conduct adverse
impact analysis; procure proctors and assessors for examinations and assessment centers; assist consultants in development and training of rater guidelines; and support departmental selection processes by overseeing the development/administration of any job
related exam. |
