Good Afternoon All!
With SIOP quickly approaching, I wanted to touch base about the UB Social we are planning. I propose that we meet at 6pm on Friday, at The Grove Restaurant and Bar. The details of the location are below. Additionally, I have attached a list of locations that the hotel provided me with. The (*) locations are within walking distance of the hotel/convention center.
The Grove has great happy hour specials and seems like a casual place with a great view. If anyone would prefer another place, please let me know. Otherwise, I will see you all at 6pm on Friday the 12th at The Grove. Let's plan on meeting in the bar area. Again, forward this email to anyone that you know is coming who I have not included. I do not have everyone's email.

Good Morning Everyone!
You are all included in my list as UB affiliates attending SIOP in Houston. Please add/forward the email to anyone else that I have left out. I would like to get an email string started to talk about setting up a time and place for all of us to get together while in TX. I am unfamiliar with the City as well as SIOP. So, any input is appreciated. I will suggest that we plan to get together for dinner and/or drinks on Thursday or Friday night.
In the next week or two let’s try to figure out what day works for us and what time our events are all over. Again, any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I look forward to hearing from you and seeing everyone in April.
