Required Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology; Educational Psychology; Educational Measurement; Education; Linguistics; English or any related field
• Previous experience working in a for-profit organization, preferably in the test development industry;
• Previous experience in direct client interactions.
• Previous work experience successfully coordinating client-focused activities for a large number of domestic and international clients.
• Skills in item development and item reviewing
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and database software
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of English vocabulary and grammar
• Ability to think globally
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet exacting deadlines
• Proven dependability and high regard for security
• Ability to meet quality, service and productivity metrics
Prometric–Specific Expectations of the Test Developer:
• The Test Developer must spend a minimum of 75% of working hours physically in the office.
• The Test Developer must work normal office hours and have the ability to work extra hours when necessary to meet deadlines
• The Test Developer must be able to travel domestically and on occasion internationally as projects require
