The CIC and AMCI Teams are looking for an experienced
Certification and Accreditation Specialist. The position will support day to day certification processes and related customer service for both clients.

Position Overview:
·
Manage certification procedures in compliance with the appropriate standards and best practice for certification management and accreditation
·
Maintain a proficient knowledge of the requirements of the certification programs and implement policies.
·
Plan all communications to the certification holders including such items as newsletter, general mailings, and surveys.
·
Facilitate communications between oversight board members, staff and certificants.
·
Support relevant certification boards and committees. Administer and implement actions of assigned committees
·
Speak publicly about relevant certification and accreditation programs / processes.
·
Manage outside vendors hired to perform testing services.
·
Manage implementation of marketing and communication plans to increase awareness and participation in certification programs.
·
Oversee database record maintenance and reporting
·
Assist the TMG client teams in representing the client in all business matters and correspondence.
·
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
·
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years experience
·
Must be willing to Travel as needed
