Don’t forget to check out our great afternoon classes that fit perfectly within your schedule:

 

Monday: Yoga 12:20-1:20

Tuesday: Barbell Blast 12:45-1:15

Wednesday: Barbell Blast 12:45-1:15

Thursday: Kettle Bell Strength 12:45-1:30

 

Also, if you are interested in a Women’s Self Defense class offered by UB Police, this class will begin Feb 18 and run through April 8th. Classes will be held Tues/Thurs 12:30-1:30p.m. in the Plyometric Room. To register, contact [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask].
