Sr. HR Business Partner (Baltimore, MD) [NicAlc]
The Senior HR Generalist partners with business management to provide consultative human resources support. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment
of business objectives, work cultures, and human resources programs/policies to facilitate the organization with achieving its business goals while minimizing risk to the firm.

Assesses and diagnoses multiple business units, departments, or divisions and identifies areas for leadership improvement to optimize the current
and future operational performance of the organization, including senior leadership coaching and collaboration, succession planning, and organization structure and processes. Partners with senior-most clients (e.g., Business Unit Leaders and their direct reports)
to proactively identify opportunities to enhance organizational performance and functionality.

Assesses and diagnoses overall organizational climate to ensure overall ‘well-being’ of the client organization in order to increase employee productivity
and commitment, including positive employee relations, employee communication strategy, performance management and goal setting, employee surveys, optimal staffing levels, and overall employee involvement. Partners with senior management to develop strategy
for improving organizational climate across multiple business units.

Understands organization’s business strategies and aligns human resource strategy and programs to achieve the business goals, including alignment
of staffing, development, and compensation programs. Partners with senior management to identify opportunities to better leverage human resources programs and leads implementation of resulting recommendations.

Collaborates with other members of HR Team to implement the HR strategy, including representing client’s business strategy and expectations, representing
Human Resources to the business units, and reconciling issues that create conflict between Human Resources and business unit strategy.
Qualifications
Required
·
College degree and 6 years related work experience, or Associate degree and 8 years related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and
10 years related work experience
·
Experience being accountable for a client group
·
Experience providing all functions of Human Resources as a strategic business partner to a fast-paced and changing organization
·
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
·
Strong overall business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp business issues and understand business strategy
·
Adept at working with management to influence/facilitate change, implement strategy and accomplish objectives
·
Interpersonal relations: particularly tact, sensitivity, professionalism, confidentiality and diplomacy
·
Excellent project management skills and experience with a drive for results
Preferred
·
3-5 years Senior HR Generalist experience
·
Masters in Human Resources or an MBA
·
Experience in Financial Services
