I hope all is well in Maryland. Definitely missing the area but surviving the West coast thus far. The weather is unreal! And Facebook is a great place to work,
as you can imagine :)
Toward that end, we are looking for other I/Os or experienced practitioners who are particularly good in three areas: (1) conducting people/HR research, (2) quantitative
data analysis, and (3) communicating complex results to non-technical audiences (including executives). If you happen to know of any superstars who potentially meet these criteria, and live in (or would be willing to relocate to) the San Francisco Bay Area,
