The Recruitment and Examination Division at SHA is recruiting for a Personnel Specialist. This is a contractual position located in Baltimore City at the SHA headquarters office. Please distribute the attached job announcement to students who may be interested.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of professional personnel work in the areas of job analysis, job evaluation, or employee recruitment and selection. Thirty (30) graduate semester credits in the fields of personnel administration, business administration, public administration, statistics, tests and measurements, or psychology may be substituted for one year of the experience.
