Our departmental staff recruits applicants, develops and administers examinations, and creates eligible lists for the Mobile County Merit System, which encompasses 21 local government agencies, 750+ job classifications and approximately 5,400 employees in Mobile County, Alabama.  For more information about the Mobile County Personnel Board and the Merit System departments we serve, visit our website at www.personnelboard.org.
