The Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration is recruiting for an Administrative Specialist II for the Training and Organizational Development Division. Ms. Yvette Harris (Division Chief of Leadership, Training,
& Development) reached out to me so that I could share this announcement with UB I-O students.
I, along with three other UB I-O students employed at SHA, collaborate with Ms. Harris on the Training and Recognition Committee. The Training and Organizational Development Division is a fun group to work with! So, if any students are

This would be good experience for those students starting their second year in the Fall, so that they may gain 1 year of HR experience before graduating.
Lastly, as you know, The current I-O students working at SHA have recently implemented the I-O Innovative Solutions Committee, so there may be a chance for the new employee to join our committee to gain some I-O experience.
