Thanks, Alyssa!

This may be a good opportunity especially for those having taken Job Analysis.

Subject: 2 Organizational Development Opportunities for Employment (Contractual) Available at SHA

Hello Awesome Professors,

Happy 2018!

In addition to the two positions (HR Business Partner/Compensation Analyst) that I told you about last week, the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration has 2 OD contractual full time positions open in the Training and Development Division.

If there are any students/alum interested in working in OD, please have them send their resumes/introductions/questions to Dr. Bill Barnard, Manager, Workforce Planning and Organizational Development at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Dr. Bill and members from his division also work with me on I-O projects. So, this would be some good experience for students looking to gain I-O/OD experience before graduating.

Please share this to students via IOintern.

Thank you kindly,

Alyssa M. Gradus
